Every chair we build is backed by our lifetime warranty. It's one of the most direct ways we can stand behind chairs we've been manufacturing in Australia since 1989. If a chair we built fails through a manufacturing or structural fault, we make it right.
What's covered
Our lifetime warranty covers the structural frame and core mechanism of your chair against manufacturing defects under normal commercial use.
What isn't covered
As with any commercial warranty, there are things it doesn't cover: general wear and tear from normal use, damage from misuse or accidents, and consumable components that naturally wear over time.
How to make a claim
If something's gone wrong with a chair we built, call us on 1300 211 900 or contact us here. Let us know the chair model, roughly when and where you bought it, and what's happened (a photo helps), and our team will work out the best way to fix it.
Why we warranty this way
A chair used in a commercial workplace, five days a week, needs to hold up to real daily use, not just a showroom trial. Backing our chairs with a lifetime warranty is part of how we stand behind the durability testing and manufacturing standards we build to.
